Start Losing Weight with this Skinny Pineapple Smoothie



There’s nothing like a cold treat, especially during the summer months. If you’re like me, you probably love ice cream. Chocolate ice cream is one of my favorites, but recently, I’ve added frozen pineapple treats to the top of my list too. Have you ever had DisneyLand’s Dole Pineapple Whip? If so, you’ll never forget it. Well, I came up with a delicious frozen treat that tastes almost like that amazing treat. The best part – it’s actually a low-calorie pineapple smoothie that you can enjoy without any guilt.

You’ll Need:
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • ½ medium banana
  • ½ cup crushed ice
  • ½ cup vanilla yogurt (or greek vanilla yogurt)
  • 1 or 1½ cups fat free milk OR coconut milk
Instructions
  1. Add pineapple, banana, yogurt and ice to a blender. Add 1 cup of the milk. Pulse until mixture is smooth. Add more milk about ¼ cup at a time until desired consistency is reached. Pour into a glass and drink up!
