This Instant Pot (Pressure Cooker) pasta takes only 8 minutes of pressure cooking and dinner is ready. What’s more, you will have the creamiest, most delicious pasta ever!
This creamy garlic Parmesan pasta is absolutely mouthwatering. It calls for only a few ingredients that you already have in your pantry and refrigerator: garlic, Parmesan cheese, heavy whipping cream, chicken broth, garlic and lemon.
That’s all you need, and practically 5 minutes prep time, and 8 minutes in the Instant Pot and dinner is ready.
INGREDIENTS
- 8 oz linguine I used Barilla brand
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 2 1/4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 scant teaspoon salt or to taste
- 3 dashes ground black pepper
- 1/4 heaping cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped Italian parsley
- Break the linguine pasta into half lengths.
- Set the Instant Pot to Saute mode, add the olive oil. When the oil is fully heated, saute the garlic for 10 seconds. Add the chicken broth, garlic powder, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, linguine and Parmesan cheese.
