What is clean eating? How to start eating clean? How to eat healthy? These are questions we’ve probably all asked ourselves at one point or another.

I don’t really love-love that it’s called clean eating, because it sounds a little like there’s dirty eating.

Doing these things makes me feel more energized, happier and give me cleaner skin and fuller hair. I also happen to be at a stable weight for the first time since adolescence, and that means something coming from someone affected by disordered eating.

I cannot guarantee that you will see the same benefits, because no two bodies are alike. But I really suggest to give it a go for at least 8-12 weeks​ if you feel out of tune with yourself.
