Strawberry Banana Smoothie with Almond Milk

INGREDIENTS
  • 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt, or vanilla
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1/4 cup almonds, raw
  • 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
  • 2 cups strawberries, frozen
  • 2/3 cup almond milk, unsweetened
  • 1 teaspoon honey, (optional), Nature Nate's
INSTRUCTION
  1. Add all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend for about 90 seconds until the mixture is smooth.
